Superfeet inserts and all is well?
My question is about the Superfeet insoles. I use green Superfeet inserts in my shoes. I wonder if they are strong enough to handle large weight training sessions. For example, squatting about 280 pounds, over my weight is 420 pounds total weight the landfill. Use this compression insertion? Or make the filling less effective? I'm trying to decide whether or not the penalty for a couple of carbon fiber as the doc nserts ($ 500, but are designed for athletes and sports) or just continue to use the Superfeet inserts (which was replaced every three months - the last year more or less). 4 Any information that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.
